Nowakowski played in one of the best matches in Polish volleyball history: AZS Częstochowa victory against Iskra Odintsovo in CEV Cup 2007/08. Sergio (libero of Brazil NT) said: "His serve is perfect. When the server is able to break the opponent’s reception and makes the things easier for his team block, then he is a good server". He plays for Resovia Rzeszów now.

Only key players in Polish team now are less Kurek and more Bartman, others are just doing their roles.

Nowakowski is key player for Poland, more than Bartman or Kurek for me. Winiarski, Kubiak and Nowakowski, your version of Simon in attack /he can do better in block/

He's a high jumper with quite a strong hit but imo he's still not as strong as Bartman, Kurek, Wlazły etc :]
