Yes, Im realy surprised becouse i thought that he is good in Korea becosue players are small there. But im realy impressed now. Gavin plays very well...

I wish this guy best. Canada's team needs him and I think that he can help them improve their playing.

@saku Wallace played in the Brazilian Super League which of course from that Wallace had gain much experience playing at high level volleyball. Whereas Schmitt, he had only played oversea in Korea V-League. Not to disrespect the V-League but the Brazilian S-League is much better in all around. Don't get me wrong the korean league is a great league but in my opinion nothing comparing to the brazilian's. Like vincentpouss said after this up coming year in Russia we should expect a much better Schmitt

indeed he is not a revelation because everyone knows that he is the go to guy of the canadian team. Perhaps, Wallace is good too with his strong spike and serv but overall i think Gavin is a much better left side prospect. At the end of the next season he will be better than now after spending a year in Russia super ligue.
