Which leagues are the strongest in the Europe?

I think it's Italian

3.poland
4.turkey
5.france
6.greece
7.belgium
few years ago greece was third, but they has financial problems so they havent good players in their league now

Polish

Now in Finals of Europan Cups we've got situation like this:
Challenge Cup - 2 polish teams
CEV Cup - polish and italian/russian
Champions League - polish and russian.
So... ; >. But Poland is still third, this is only one season, italian league is still much stronger than the rest, and Russians have more money, much more ?
