A1 (12 teams) - A2 (16) - B1 (46) - B2 (126) - C - D are professional league managed by the FIPAV (Italan Volleyball Federation - Federeazione Italiana PAllaVolo)

Italy is splitted in 20 regions, each one got a C and D league plus 1st - 2nd - 3rd division local young league

dunno how much, but from D to A1 someone get paid poorly and someone will become rich (juanto)
