Berlin Volleys easily won against Montenegrin champion Budvanska Budva in the 5th round of Champions League 2014/15. That game was ended in three sets (25:23, 25:22, 25:16). With this defeat, Montenegrin team said good bye to next round of this European competition. Robert Kromm got MVP award. With a total of 14,481 spectators at their home matches – for an average of 4,827 – the arena located at the very heart of Germany’s capital again proved its reputation as the town’s and country’s "Volleyball temple". "It was a tough game tonight which we could not have won without our fans,” team captain Scott Touzinsky found an explanation for the confidence boost: “We had ups and downs and especially when in trouble we came back because of and through the atmosphere here. It’s incredible playing in front of more than 4,000 spectators that are celebrating Volleyball. The crowd pushed us forward - as usual".
