Aleksey Samoilenko in Club World Championship 2017

Samoilenko moved to Zenit Kazan from Lokomotiv Novosibirsk. As part of Lokomotiv, the 32-year-old volleyball player has won bronze medal of the Russian championship 2016/17 and was ranked fifth in scoring player on the team. In his volleyball history, Alexey was played in Dynamo Moscow, Ural Ufa and Fakel Novy Urengoy previously. With the capital club in 2008, he became the champion of Russia and Cup of the country.
