football is the most popular in Russia along with ice hockey. far more popular than volleyball

@Berny - Slovakia has already won 2 European leagues,right?I'm sure it's only a matter of time before you're in the World League.From then on your chances of watching Maxim play live are getting bigger and bigger

I didn´t expected russian player playing soccer to warm! The sport is not popular there and they play it better than me!

I am happy for all of you, who saw your NT in your own eyes. I am 26 years old and I didnt have this possibilitiyand my wish is to see Maxim Mikhaylov personally on court, I know it never happens, but I l am living with my dreams. I know education is important, but what is important to be part of some match with your NT or with your dream star and you can share this moments with your parent, e.g. I want to share with my dad, he raise me and teach me everytime, how to play and live with volleyball and I am gratefull for him. Maybe I will never see some world class player or team. This summer I saw only Brazilian junior NT and I thanks at least for this.
Keep your dreams and live for it.

) actually, the funny thing was that some teachers were interested in knowing how the match was. during one of thes classes we started a debate on this topic.
yes, it was a memorable day, like all the other Champions League matches that Remat had in the past. I remember them playing with superteams like Skra, Trentino, Friedrichshafen, now with Zenit. it's really really great!

@AleNickel - If "I didn't do my homework,because I had to get to a volleyball match" is not a good enough excuse for a teacher than I don't know what is Anyway,I'm sure you'll remember that game longer than what your class was about that day

school is important, no doubt, but as well as passions and hobbies. I had to quit a few classes to get to this match, because it was held in Baia Mare, a city at 2 hours of driving from Zalau, and we had to be there a few hours before the start of the match. and I didn't have time to do my homework for the next day, because we arrived home quite late. but the teachers had to understand me, maybe it's a chance in a lifetime to see a team like Zenit

@hanus,that's the better choice Volleyball is FAR more educational than school !

I had exams too on college, but when I have to decide between exam or volleyball tournament, I choose my precious. So I choose volleylife so you have to watch volley

I have a MAASSIVE exam tomorrow but instead I choose to watch volleyball : )
