@kate why Pavlov isn't in NT? From what I've seen he is great spiker, definitely a good rival for Mikhaylov.

Wrist is not important in this kind of spikes, it is helpfull when turning the ball left or right or attacking from high or low balls. The arm swing is important and as we can see Samica's arm is very flexible 
And I don't agree, warm-up hits are very pleasing to watch. Of course it's not the measure of players value on court.
