TOP20 Crazy Actions - Thomas Edgar
Tom first started playing volleyball at Bundaberg State High School in 2004, playing in the Queensland Schools Cup and National Schools Cup competitions. He was offered an AIS scholarship and moved to Canberra to train full-time whilst completing High School.
In 2008 he joined Linkoping Volleyball Club in Sweden and played there for two seasons, winning the Championship in the 2009/2010 Season. He then signed with Trefl Gdansk in Poland, playing one season. He was first selected for the Australian National Team in 2008, playing the 2010 World Championship in Italy.
In 2011 he moved to Italy, playing for Caffe’ Aiello Corigliano in A2. After one season, he joined Sir Safety Bastia Umbra in A1. Over the last three years, Tom has been a key player for the Volleyroo's, helping his country to take a further step in the International stage. Thomas is the captain of the team since 2015.
