Although I haven't watched this whole video... im a little confused, it seems that maybe only the first attack has to be backcourt? like golden formula or something maybe. I dunno but I play 3v3 or 4v4 backcourts sometimes when there isn't enough people. You do a ton of diving and its pretty intense volleyball, but at this level, you don't have much better chance to dig up a backrow attack without a block then you do a frontrow attack without a block...

Yeah, interesting idea, I can also say: very original idea. I've never seen something like that in any league and any all-star game. I hope, if there will be some similar competitions in Polish League in the next season (there wasn't this year), someone who will organize it, will also get an idea that will be the same like this one in Russia
