lol, I really don't agree with you. I like Glenn Hoag as a coach, but he has a very tough job, and Canadian volleyball is not going anywhere for a very long time unless something really random and drastic happens. If you haven't noticed its been going downhill, especially since 2008 when much of our funding was dropped and we had to drop out of the World League. It will be a while before we're invited again, and if we are, it's going to be a while before we can even think about covering the costs of it in a country that has absolutely no support for volleyball. We had a chance to qualify this year when we lost in 5 to Puerto Rico, but even if we won, we'd have to drop out of World League again. But then World League is the only chance to get volleyball on t.v. here, and unless we can get some t.v. coverage I don't see where any support for Volleyball Canada is going to come for.

I think they need to start looking at some sponsorhip deals and some way to promote the sport. Otherwise we could get together a team of very dedicated and talented players who are willing to train incredibly hard in Canada for almost no money at all, and somehow place well in a high level competition. We did this for the 1984 Olympics, the athlete's were making almost nothing, training full time, placed 4th losing to Italy, though we were expected to win. Then the athlete's signed for pro contracts in Italy and other top leagues around the world, and Volleyball Canada told them they had to choose one or the other, they couldn't play in one of those pro leagues overseas and still be a part of the national team. So you can guess which route they took.

Takim znanym zawodnikiem na pewno jest Paul Duerden grał 2 lata temu razem z Piotrem Gruszką w Turcji.

jakie Wlazły miał staty w tym meczu?

Ze słabszym przeciwnikiem(czyt. nic nie znaczącym), gra się zdecydowanie łatwiej, więc, według mnie dobrą grą tutaj, nie ma co się zbytni zachwycać. Jednak prawdą jest,że takiej reprezentacji potrzebujemy na MŚ.
