The semi-final match between Nummerdor/Varenhorst and Solberg/Evandro. The home pair received huge support from the capacity crowd, with the action on court bringing them to their feet. Varenhorst said: "The crowd was amazing, especially after we lost the second set. With the home crowd behind us, we were able to win the third set". Nummerdor added: "This feels amazing. We played like in a blur, but we focussed on the game. The circumstances were difficult today, so different from the rest of the week, with this wind. But we handled it pretty good from the start, we did not make many mistakes".
