after a bit of exercise, foreign names aren't difficult to pronounce. I remember when Skra Belchatow came to Zalau, I had to learn with my mother how to pronounce the names of the players, to avoid funny situations like the ones mentioned previously :)) now I'm proud that I can pronounce very well 'Mozdzonek'! :D

proud, he had a hard time with the French coach's name- Philippe Blain. (He pronounced it as Glain or something) :D But I hope he'd never mispronounce countries' names.
fiore,are you saying that Yovkov can't pronounce foreign players names?Next you're gonna say he mispronounces the names of the countries we play against :P ...oh,it would've been funny,if it wasn't so sad...
proud, it's just that Kaziysky is way too polite to correct reporters. I've also noticed how often they make mistakes with players' names. But we've got to admit that some polish names are a real challenge to pronounce.

despite the fact that I have to admit that I love their accents, the guys from laola are pretty bad at pronouncing the names of the players. I remember that the one who presented Remat's first match pronounced Peter Nagy's name in such a funny way that it resembled to the Serbian version for knife, something like Noj. not to mention the Romanian names like Afloarei! :))))
as a player, I doubt you feel good when your name is pronounced in a wrong way, but I guess that we have to live with this type of hilarious mistakes
I often wonder if the laola guys are even mildly interested in volleyball...I mean there are names you just HAVE to know if you watch this sport.The players seem to be used to that,though - I've seen reporters call Kaziyski - Kazinski to his face and he never corrects them :P Muserskiy is another example and qsek is right about Mozdzonek :)
