Honestly I don't know. I'll tell you the truth: apart from Serie A and Plusliga I have no time to follow other leagues (not anymore). Anyway, that makes no difference 'cause the circumstance we are talking about occurred when he was in Korea.

pearl gavin plays in russia now i think. but ya he did play in korea. he's a good player but 58 points in korean league doesn't automatically make someone one into one of the best in the world.

Wilfredo, I agree that a player scoring 58 points in a match may look impressive BUT you also have to put everything into the right perspective. First you have to take into account the tournament. Where does Gavin play? Korean league. Where does Zaytsev play? Italian league. Do you really think it's the same thing?? Second thing to be considered: the opponent. Cuneo is one of the strongest teams in Italy (and I would add, in Europe since they reached the F4 of Ch League). I admit my ignorance but i don't know any Korean club to be so strong and famous as Cuneo, Trento, Skra, Zaksa, Zenit etc. Third point: as Kjeldhor already remarked - Ivan plays in a team full of players that usually score tons of points per match, I presume Gavin is not in the same situation.

But Gavin scored 58 points in one game and thats completly insane!!!! A 29 point difference!

Wilfredo, it is the opposite way, Gavin is far from Zaytsev :p Zaytsev is way better player.

Zaytsev is in great form. I didn't expect that he would been able to improve so much. We'll see how would he be doing in the future :)

Beast movie xD Really awesome movie, great music also! Zaytsev was amazing last season, but this season is spetacular, he is one of the best players if you are not a stats freak, comon he is receiving he cant have 90% spike efficency. 1.45 not a serve, more like a cannon :D 2.38, I have to mention that that is a VERY good and clever serve, but He served on Henno so received perfectly xD 0.32 I can do that ;)
