Finland - South Korea (full match)
Finland supported by 3000 of their fans make another step for being promoted to the next phase and overcame South Korea in three sets (25:22, 26:24, 25:15) in Katowice, Poland on Wednesday. Finland improved their ratio to 2-0, while Korea dropped to 1-1. Korea defeated Tunisia 3:1 in their World Championship opener and Finland won 3:2 with Cuba in their first match. Finland coach, Tuomas Sammelvuo said: "Korea is a difficult team to play against; they play very well in defense. You have to be patient and stay focused and that they showed the first two sets. I’m happy for the team, as we were some points behind, but we managed to win the second set. After that, the 3rd set was easier".
