Well Poland played a thrilling match yesterday, we had more luck and... Piotr Gruszka (now everyone should know why Castellani sets him in the first lineup).

France Bulgaria 3:2 :(((What a mistake the referee made... Hardy-Desources almost lost his hand after Kaziyski's spike and they didn't notice that omg. By the way Matey was such explosive, now I'm sure he can still fly high, or even higher than before, just depends on rank of the tournament he plays.

I was in PallaTrieste yesterday, and watched both matches.
Canad shocked me, because i never believed they can play so good! Serbia just made too many errors, and they we're not focused thruought the match.
The second match was more exciting for me, more long rallies, more big spikes etc., the Germans are tigers! No matter what the score was, they never gave up, and kept fighting till the end, but at the end the better team won. Good job Poland! (:
P.S: 3/4 of the hall we're polish, good job polish fans! :D

Trochę przesada z tym ośmieszeniem Matyey'a. Wlazły jednak słabo (jak na siebie) grai już wiem dlaczego częste zmiany z Gruszką, który też nie jest w optymalnej formie. Winiarski ma rozregulowany celownik. Nasza gra wygląda nieźle (lepiej niż się spodziewałem), lecz nadal chyba zbyt słabo na pierwszą czwórkę.

Osmieszy Mateja? Bez przesady, facet mial wtedy 67% skutecznosci w ataku w tamtym meczu, tylko koledzy nie pomogli ;) Zreszta najpierw niech nasi atakujacy sie ockna, bo zanim spotkamy Bulgarie [co po przejrzeniu drabinki moze sie zdarzyc chyba dopiero w czworce w Rzymie] to Kurek bedzie zajechany. Spojrzcie na staty na fivb, praktycznie w prawie kazdej druyznie atakujacy po ok 60-70%, a nasi? Grucha skonczyl najwazniejsze i chwala mu za to, ale musi konczyc wiecej. Juz nie wspominajac o Wlazlym.

Hey someone please upload the Canada Serbia match so I can watch. I had to work and I missed it. I NEED to see this game :(

wam też po każdej akcji Kurka z 6. strefy opadały szczęki? nawet wszystkie sytuacyjne piłki stamtąd kończył. jeżeli zniweluje te niektóre ataki przed siebie w blok i trafimy na Bułgarię, a on znowu ośmieszy Kaziyskiego swoją grą, jak w półfinale rok temu to myślę, że eksperci na całym świecie okrzykną go najlepszym siatkarzem świata ;)

Ogladal ktos mecz Kuby, bo slyszalam, ze w 1 secie urzadzili sobie konkrus gwozdzia ;)

No doubt:) this was the calculating, I think that was a necessary...

Ogladalam dwa mecze na raz, bo Bulgarzy zremisowali z Francja po zacietej koncowce i doprowadzili do tie-breaka, ktorego przegrali, bo sedzia nie zauwazyl, ze atak Mateja byl po bloku Hardy-Dessources ;/ Alez mi cisnienie skakalo przez naszych i Bulgarow.
Nie rozumiem jak mozna trzymac Winiara na boisku, ktory w ataku dzis nie istnial, a Ruciak na trybunach, litosci! Przeciez Kurek sam nie pociagnie, Wlazly tez bez szalenstwa, na szczescie Grucha w 5 secie sie ocknal.

I watched two matches in the same time, because Bulgaria won 4 set after a great fight, but they finally lost beause referee made mistake, Hardy-Dessources touched the ball after Matej attack ;/
I can't understand why Castellani keep Winiarski on field and Ruciak sit on grandstand?! Kurek can't play alone, Wlazly not enough, but Gruszka save us in 5 set.
My feelings for tomorrow - it's gonna be nervous but we will win.

Oprócz Winiara, Guma też nie przekonywał. Jak dla mnie nie grał na takim poziome do jakiego każdego przyzwyczaił. Możdżonek też bez rewelacji.

Za to Bartosz Kurek jakbysmy go nie mieli to bysmy musieli go sobe wymyslic.

Apart from Winiarski also Zagumny didn't convince me. He didn't played how he used to. Możdzonek without revelation, but he has done a big progress in spikes.

KUREK is awsome!! If we didn't have him we would invent him.

Zauważcie, że winiarski atakując po skosie posłał chyba z 5 piłek w aut (prawie wszystkie w to samo miejsce 30cm za linią).

Co za mecz, to co Piotrek zrobił przy stanie 11:12 to jest piękne :) ciężki mecz, na szczęście wygrany pozdrawiam ;)

Winiar rzeczywiście fatalnie dzisiaj w ataku. Kurek z Gruchą trzymali atak. Wlazły miał dużo trudnych piłek stąd też nie za wysoka skuteczność. No i Ignaczak dzisiaj kolejny bardzo dobry mecz, jest w formie. GO GO POLAND!!!!

Winiarski miał dziś chociaż 10% skuteczności w ataku?

I don't think, that they calculating, because if we win with Serbia and Germany with Canada, they can finish their adventure with WC. In my opinion they just thought "Oh, Canada lost with Poland 0:3, so we will send reserve players". That's why Kolakovic change them for Miljkovic and Grbic in second set, when he found out that it won't be easy to win.
Canada played great except third set and they deserved to win. I hope they will win tomorrow with Germany, there is no pression, so they can make a surprise ;) But now Germany must win with us if they want to stay in WC, but I have a feeling that they won't.

Canada won the match against Serbia...Amazing!! They've got a good day for fighting! however...I'm not sure why Serbia calculating...??! whhy???

I did and I'm sure that Serbia wanted to win this match. They just underestimated Canada and then it was to late to take result on their side.
I hope it was the first and last surprise in group F and we'll beat Germany without any doubts!

i think Serbia was calculating, but why? if they loose with Poland they would not go to the next round!!!

Brawo Canada! You deserved the victory with Serbia! Canada is a good team. They played with Poland well, a bit of a happiness was missing. Schneider , Schmitt and Lewis are best player in Canada! Brawo!
