CEV Cup 2010/11 - Challenge Round

I'm hoping for a Sisley Treviso vs. Friedrichshafen in the finals of the challenge round.

But, do you think Treviso will send their main team to the games, now what they don't have a chance to finish in a good place?

I don't think so...Resovia in the final vs. I don't know...maybe Zaksa?

I think that Resovia should have no problems. Likewise, Sisley
Ankara vs Sofia and Friedrischafen vs Kedzierzyn be compensated for duels. Friedrichschafen is still a solid team but this year is much weaker than ever.

what are the difference beetween CEV and CHAMPIONS LEAGUE?

but how it is in CEV Cup? is it like in CHL - teams from one country can't met in final? If yes, there's no chance for Resovia - Zaksa final ?

Oli4 I don't speak about that to fight you or something like that but in fact there's only 2 russian teams qualified for the CL each year...The russians are angry with that because their league is far better than the french one which have also two teams.This year the two teams were Kazan and Belgorod.Moscow had a wild card because they were second last year ;-)
The only country having 3 teams in CL is Italy with Cuneo,Trento and Sisley.

Zyta I'm no sure about CEV cup f4 formula...so i don't know about inside games in the semis...we'll see?

I watched the game. Great spirit, great Evgeni Ivanov, Teodor Todorov, Yasser Portuondo and Philip Mayo. Poor coaching

lol What a dramatic win by CSKA - that's a spirit ! Super dramatic match , I will try to upload the 5th set here.

Ankara will most probably win the return game and the golden set like they did against modena...

Todorov with the best rating for CSKA. He had 27 serve, made long series, including in the tiebreak with his float. Made 7 BP with 8/13 in spiking, 1 ace and 6 blocks. He made the first two sets happen, and helped in the tiebreak, when Mayo and Portuondo shined the most

I saw improvement on defense, setting (he had to set several times) and he played with quicker attacks than usual. I think that Evgeni Ivanov is helping him to progress in that. He needs to improve the block and the spiking more, but even now he was key player for the victory

Overal CSKA team play was not very high. defense - attack was not very well organized, reception let two many aces

Anyone know where I can get info about what was said in the press conferences for these matches?

On the official CEV site are some information.

Lots of tie-break in these first matches but the return game can end faster than expected.I see the qualification of Resovia (of course),Ankara,Treviso (who win without fei) but the last match between KK and Friedrich is unpredictable...I give equal chance for these two teams.

VfB do not know why I played so poorly, but perhaps Zaks played a game of "life"because so little playing F'shafen not imagine.
