Documentary about Arkadiusz Gołaś - 'Forever'
Documentary about Arkadiusz Gołaś, middle-blocker with huge reach in attack: 365cm. He died in a car accident in September 16, 2005 on the Austrian motorway A2 in Griffen near Klagenfurt. He was Polish NT player in years 2001-2005. In season 2004/05 he was a player of Italian Pallavolo Padova. In next season Lube Banca Macerata signed a contract with him. In 16th September he was driving to his new club. Car driven by his wife suddenly turned to the right and crashed into a concrete wall. Arek died on the spot (he was 24 then). The silver medal won by the Polish national team in the World Championships 2006 was dedicated to him. A sports hall in Ostrołęka has been named after him. Since 2006 it has been the venue for the annual Arkadiusz Gołaś memorial.
