China - Japan (short cut)

China recovered from their opening day loss yesterday to defeat continental rival Japan 3:0 (25:20, 25:19, 25:12). China’s Yanhan Liu scored a match-high 19 points while Changning Zhang and Yixin Zheng added 12 points. Japan’s Sarina Koga produced 11 points in the loss. On the press conference, China coach An Jiajie said: "We just played normally. The players are getting more familiar with each other. I hope our players will not have any psychological burdens and just play their best".
