Hosts Brazil reached their fourth World League final match, with a 3:1 victory over the USA. Behind Wallace (18 points) and Lucas (13 points), wing-spiker Mauricio Silva was highly efficient and contributed with 12 points. However, the game’s top scorer was in USA side as Taylor Sander gathered 20 points, but those weren’t enough for the upset. Thomas Jaeschke added 12 for the losing side.
