In the fourth round of the Champions League, Polish champion Resovia Rzeszów defeated Berlin Volleys 3:2 and went back to first place in the Group C. Match was watched live at "Max-Schmeling-Halle" hall by 6489 spectators. "We are always happy with a win, but today it was somehow special. After we lost the last three matches and especially our home match against Berlin, it was important to come back. But I’m convinced that we are able to play a lot better", said coach of Resovia Rzeszów, Andrzej Kowal. Serbian Marko Ivović was brilliant in the winning team with 22 points, followed by Piotr Nowakowski (13 points) and Jochen Schöps (12 points). In Berlin Volleys, Robert Kromm scored 15 points and Scott Touzinsky scored 14 points.
