Russia won against Australia. Coach Sergei Shliapnikov said: “It was not easy but I’m happy with this victory. The first match in every tournament is hard because we have to adapt to the new venue. We won the first two sets and maybe we thought that it would also be easy in the third. We lost our concentration, but above all, we controlled the game and managed to stabilise our performance in the fourth part to win the match".
